The St Regis is a beautiful property. Our Grand Luxe Ocean Front room was amazing. The staff is outstanding and wants to assist in any way possible to assure that guests enjoy their stay. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to a return visit.

We have been here 3 times in last year but this time around we felt like things have got outdated and the stay wasn as pleasant as the last 2. The pool chairs were rusty and very badly stained.

Rooms were clean and newly updated. Beautiful views from all areas of the hotel. Butler and room service was excellent. Short cab ride from the airport. Only two negatives; 1) Bartender at the pool bar (Jonathan) had a poor attitude and was rude. Don’t expect that from a 5 star hotel. 2) Food was very expensive vs quality. It was good, but not worth the overall price. Overall, loved our stay at the St Regis and definitely would return.

"Amazing Time in Bermuda"

The staff at The St. Regis Bermuda Resort, from Front Desk Zariyah, Rudolf and Nelson, the Dining Staff - April, Teresa and Michael, also our Shuttle service driver Richard did an amazing job of making us feel welcome and made our stay at St. Regis Aruba extra special by being very accomdating and going an extra mile to make us feel welcome and appreciated as guests of the resort. We highly recommend this resort for your stay in Bermuda. This resort is top notch and is best place to stay while in Bermuda.

"Outstanding resort"

Wow, best service experience of my life. This hotel is truly stunning. The artwork is gorgeous, food and drinks just delish. Beach and pool set up works well. The staff there all calls you by your name. We had belly laughs sitting at the bar as the bar tenders were all so kind and funny and introduced different customers w a connection in a way that made us feel like we were at home. Recommend the fish tacos and burger. Really elaborate breakfast buffet. Best housekeeping staff ever, so kind and hard working. Unlimited free water. Only suggestion: a small store you can get sodas, ice cream, etc and the store that was there had very limited hours and inventory. Ie bring your own snacks and do not plan on getting souvenirs unless branded st Regis on site. Also the beachy fragrance in the lobby is lovely but a bit strong.
