Amazing experience and very helpful and polite staff. Food is phenomenal and can easily dine 3-4 nights there without eating the same dish twice. The pool and beach is sublime and relaxing. Only gripe is there is a facility fee that we didn't notice until after we checked out

The negative reviews posted here are spot on. I had higher expectations for St Regis. Poorly maintained hotel with staff who are very average. Poor service and communication all around. I should have realized this when trying to book various things in advance of our arrival and had to follow up multiple times. Beach service is almost nonexistent. The gift shop is not staffed - have to get someone from the spa to unlock for you - and they are out of most things. No sunscreen, no men's rash guards, no advil. I did purchase and hat and guess what? No bags to carry my purchase out. Very poor selection to begin with. Spa -- actually had a nice massage but the amenities are sparse. One person working and she seemed stretched this. While walking down the corridor, closets were open and staff lounge / office was open -- unsightly in appearance. Our therapists didn't show up at the scheduled time of 10, so my husband had to go looking for them. A lot of things broken or damaged or missing in our suite. Toiletries are average at best. I noticed the restaurants on property had signs posted with grades or B. B? Why not A? Generally felt unclean. Flies everywhere and little gnats too. We couldn't eat or drink or the beach without being inundated. Chickens walking around pooing everywhere on walkways -- seemed very unsanitary as people walk barefoot! Disappointing given cost and reputation of brand. You have to taxi everywhere and it's 30-40+ each trip. Unlikely to return to this St. Regis or Bermuda.

"Beautiful Location - Not Up to St. Regis Standards"

6.0

We took 2 oceanfront rooms at the St. Regis. The location and beach are lovely, and the food at the restaurants as well as the servers were excellent. However, hotel itself was not up to what one would expect of this brand. There was significant dust built up behind the bedside tables (noticed when I went to plug something in). The much-ballyhooed personal butlers were non-existent. When we asked the concierge staff if they could help us book a sunset sail, they came back with a general website with a number of tour operators for us to contact pushing the concierge work back on the guests. The shuttle service into town was a series of unmarked private vans booked ad hoc, making it difficult to identify the van once we were in town. Also nothing is more comfortable for a woman than getting into an unmarked van with a stranger in a new town. (The van/taxi drivers advised that they had asked for "St. Regis" signs to post in the window when working for the hotel rather than taking their own bookings but were never provided with one. Leaving the balcony doors open the night before we left to let in the breeze and hear the ocean instead resulted in being awakened by a staff member mowing the lawn at 5 a.m. with a headlamp. Another night we were awakened in the middle of the night by loud banging - that sounded like a plumber attacking a drain pipe. (The front desk didn't know what it was but assured us they would look into it. It lasted another hour.) I expect more from a regular Marriot, let a lone a St. Regis property.

A big WOW!!!! I will definitely be coming back here. I have been to Bermuda three times now, and this was the best experience that I had the St Regis Hotel. Firstly, it was so close to the airport, only a 10 minute taxi ride. So by the time we landed, got our luggages and got to the hotel, that all happened within 1 hour only. We were able to enjoy the whole day at the beach rather than spending the day traveling. Secondly, the hotel is absolutely stunning and very clean. We loved how everything was set up. The beach, the pool and the hotel were all so close to each other, so it created an intimate experience and a very convenient one too. I've been to Bermuda before where you had to take a shuttle to the beach or walk down quite a few stairs at other hotels, but I won't do that again after this experience at St Regis. They have their own Beach that you can walk to which is two seconds from the pool. Thirdly! The service was outstanding. No matter who you talk to from the staff, they were all so kind, so courteous, and so humble. Their main goal was to help you and to make your stay incredible no matter what it took. I can tell that the training they do for their staff is top-notch. The food was also great. Similar to other reviews, yes it's very expensive, but at the end of the day it was sort of all worth it to be honest. We ate at the hotel and at Achilles and Sul Verde which were SO good! I will definitely come back to this hotel ♥️

"Iconic beach resort"

Immaculate resort located in a stunning setting. Staff, food and beach/pool were all perfect. Good for families or adults only. 10 minutes from airport and minutes walk from St George. Enough to do there and day excursions opportunities are also plentiful. Highly recommend.

"Worst experience ever!! Stay away from this hotel"

2.0

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I’ve Had For a St. Regis, this property is shockingly bad. Our room’s bathtub had hairs in it, the entire hotel looked worn and dirty despite being only about four years old, and the lobby bathrooms were filthy. Management and front desk staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and failed to follow through on anything they said they would do. Communication was non-existent. Some restaurant staff were lovely, but that’s where the positives end. Locals even told us it’s known for poor service, and that guests are often moved to other hotels. Honestly, I’ve had far better stays at budget chains. Avoid until serious changes are made especially when they charge 1-2K per night.

"Staff at the st Regis bermuda"

10.0

Hi! First of all i want to say that bermuda is one of our favorite spots anyway - close to home, direct flight, safe, beautiful beaches, amazing friendly people , great snorkling and diving! This hotel is great - very similar to other st regis properties we have stayed at , however there are a few stand outs! First , Nelson the bellman is incredible- friendly, helpful , sweet and just amazing at his job!!!!! Absolutely the best ambassador to the property ! I cannot say enough good things about him!!!! Second, the spa is small but the therapists especially Tess was amazing!!!!! Seriously one of the best massages we have had in the world! The spa manager (i cant remember her name) is great - friendly, accommodating and just sweet as pie!!!!! Bring snorkeling equipment- we frequently find octopus, eel and a huge variety of fish right near the dock and the fort!!! Really great hotel but the staff is what makes it spectacular! Dr B
