Amber Lombok Beach Resort

Our stay at Amber Lombok Beach Resort was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always happy to help with a smile. We absolutely loved the restaurant — all the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The spa was another highlight, truly amazing, and even the kids were able to enjoy their own treatments, which made the experience even more special for our whole family. We were able to truly relax and enjoy a wonderful family holiday. The beds were extremely comfortable, the entire resort was beautifully maintained, and the cleanliness was a perfect 10. We highly recommend this resort for families looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay with outstanding service. We would happily come back again!

Emplacement , grande plage de sable , baie magnifique . Petit déjeuner buffet très complet. La gentillesse du personnel

Délai d’attente des plats beaucoup trop long tous les midis au restaurant alors que l’hôtel n’était pas plein. De ce fait nous sortions dîner à l’extérieur (scooter ou voiture indispensable)

This is an isolated resort on a nice long practically private beach in the rural area of Lombok. Nice pool, the villa had everything we needed, food was good and breakfast as well. A trip to Gilli organized by the hotel was good, same goes for transportation and communication prior to our arrival. I have used a spa for massage, which was professional. The staff was super friendly and caring.

Although nothing mentioned here degraded our nice stay, this hotel screams at you with improvements opportunities. - First of all, the beach bar/restaurant is the area I would focus more, on the menu (staff was superb). That must be the first place of it's type I ever experienced where you cannot get / order any snacks or finger food, not even chips. During the day, you can only order main meals with starters, but if you want to bridge lunch with a sandwich or small burger, fish and chips - nothing like that is available. - I don't understand why you don't get a key to the terrace door which is lockable. - I would prevent people from blocking / reserve pool sunbeds. I witnessed a pair putting their stuff at 8:30 only to come at 13:30.. This can really spoil the experience, luckily the resort was not overcrowded. - small details like navigation - I discovered showers like the second day only 😄

We were welcomed by Rizal at the reception and by Imam, who made our journey feel lighter and ensured we felt welcome. Every evening, Adha made our evenings feel nice especially in the restaurant, and we were very happy with his attention he gave to our child’s requests during dinners. During the day, Furkan made our stay truly special — thanks to him, we really felt at home, and we sincerely appreciate everything he did for us. Special Thanks to Furkan really. The rest of the staff was also amazing. I believe it’s the people and their hospitality that make Amber such a great place

The food in the restaurant could be better.

We had a wonderful stay at Amber, but what truly made the experience special was Furkan. During the day, he always made us feel at home with his kindness, attention, and positive energy. Thanks to him, every day felt special, and we truly appreciate everything he did for us and our family. We were also warmly welcomed by Rizal at the reception and by Imam, who made our journey feel lighter from the very beginning. In the evenings, Adha made our dinners in the restaurant especially enjoyable, and we are very grateful for the care and attention he gave to our child’s requests. The entire staff was amazing, but people like Furkan are what truly make Amber such a memorable place.

Great location, lovely area, fine rooms.

I found restaurant prices too high and there was not so much options..

Super Lage direkt am Strand, sehr saubere gepflegte grüne Anlage. Unser erstes Hotel in Indonesien ohne Gecko im Zimmer! Zustand sehr gut alles sauber und sehr modern! Das Frühstück war okay. Das Wlan für Indonesien wirklich ganz gut.

Die Kellner im Restaurant gerade beim Dinner wirken teilseise sehr überfordert und unstrukturiert. Ein Abend war alles super, dann am nächsten Abend kamm der Hauptgang nach 40min kalt und die Nachspeise während des Hauptgangs viel zu früh und das Eis schmolz.
