Amber Lombok Beach Resort

L’endroit est paradisiaque, avec une plage magnifique et immense uniquement pour les clients de l’hôtel. Le personnel est très bienveillant et à l’écoute, notamment Karim qui a fait en sorte que notre séjour se déroule au mieux. L’hôtel propose de nombreuses activités. Et les chambres sont très propres et très fonctionnelles. Le petit déjeuner également est très bon et à volonté !

Nous avons été légèrement déçus par la nourriture proposé par le restaurant de l’hôtel, un peu en décalage avec le prix et le standing de l’hôtel. Autant pour les plats indonésiens que les autres plats de la carte.

Karim, Farid en het hele team doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Het hotel ligt een beetje afgelegen, maar er zijn voldoende opties om overal te geraken (brommer huren, taxi, ..) Het resort ligt in een oase van rust met een prachtig zwembad!

Espaço bonito e quarto agradável. Localização junto à praia permite disfrutar da paisagem durante as refeições ou enquanto se descansa. Praia com muito pouca gente permite grandes caminhadas.

Fica muito afastado de tudo. A praia é bonita, mas não permite disfrutar da água (com a maré vazia tem muitas pedras e com a maré cheia estava agressiva). Metade dos produtos do menu estão indisponíveis...

De kamers, de accomodatie, de locatie het personeel. Alles top! Het personeel is ook fantastisch, Gian en Fandhi (tevens fantastische zanger) en iedereen erom heen hebben het onvergetelijk gemaakt.

The resort is in a stunning location, we absolutely loved the views! The staff is super friendly, cocktails were great :) the pool and restaurant have a nice vibe and we would definitely come back! Great live singer on some days.

The food was not the best we had in Indonesia. As said the staff was friendly but they forgot orders or simple stuff such a changing towels in the room or refill the water, and were also super slow with cleaning tables or loungebeds at the pool. We had a failing AC unit in our villa which they did not properly fix after complaints.

The 3 bed apartment was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice too.

The outside lights weren’t working and we had to ask twice to get them fixed which they did but only on our last night. Also one of the bedroom doors we didn’t have a key for and kept asking for it. Also one night in the restaurant one of our dishes the chicken wasn’t cooked. They replaced it with another dish but we still had to pay for it.
