Everything about the hotel experience was incredible. The room the private beach, the breakfast, the staff. They were very accommodating to us as we missed our connection from Bali airport to Lombok.

I don't even know where to start... This place is literally Heaven on Earth and the staff make it so! They really, genuinely care and do everything in their power to make our stay as smooth and luxurious as humanly possible! We were about to miss our boat back to Bali and we got an express ride to the port for FREE from the amazing Mangsur (general manager) and from Erwin (driver). Thank you again here for saving the day and the rest of our trip! And I haven't even mentioned the resort itself, the location and the views, but you have to see for yourself! If you're reading this you should have already booked! You can literally spend a week here without leaving the resort, thanks to the spectacular beach and the daily happenings during the week (water buffalos on the beach, live music, bonfire, sea BBQ etc.), also there's massages and a small gym ;). However if you do decide to go out and explore the island you again have the luxury of choosing from tons of organised programs with transport from and back to the resort obviously and if you're even more adventurous, opt for the very affordable scooter rental also right there in place! (We did both, thank you again here to Marcow, our driver for the Gilies trip!) Also we cannot remember the name of the waiter who served us first on the 22th of May at around 2 P.M. before even getting into our room, but I'm sure he knows us by our room number, 403!!! He was one of the "older" staff at the restaurant, hope our praise finds you my friend! Our stay felt like finding an oasis in the hot desert! Thank you for all the staff again!

We stayed at the hotel for a little over a week and honestly there is really nothing to complain about. The water pressure was great, the rooms were great, the beach was beautiful, and the sea was very nice and also suitable for children to swim in. It was very peaceful and quiet with no noise around. The air conditioning was also very quiet. The food at the hotel was a bit more expensive, but still reasonable. There is a very delicious breakfast buffet with Indonesian dishes but also simple options such as grilled potatoes with different seasonings every day, which were very tasty. There is homemade bread, a small station for waffles and crepes, and lots of strawberries, chocolate sauce, powdered sugar, peanuts, and sprinkles. There is also an omelet station with cheese and many other ingredients, as well as scrambled eggs. Everything was very nice and I can definitely recommend it. One thing I would like to add is that because the resort is quite remote, you can rent a scooter directly across the street at a fair price. I think it was around 150k per day, and cheaper if you rent it for several days. From there, it is about a 10-minute ride to the next town and supermarket, which was totally fine for us. Maybe the hotel could consider adding a small convenience market. Since there is already a little shop for accessories and fashion items, it might be nice to also sell basic things at reasonable prices rather than overpriced resort prices. Guests might appreciate being able to buy a bag of chips or small snacks directly at the resort. But overall everything was really great and we had a wonderful stay.

I recently stayed at this resort and was truly impressed. The staff’s helpfulness and friendliness made my experience all the more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax. The food was good, and the attentive service during meals made each dining experience special. I also indulged in excellent massages at the spa, which were the perfect way to unwind. The beautiful beach complemented the peaceful surroundings, making this resort a wonderful escape. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
