The staff was accommodating and provided most things we asked. I would stay here again if needed.

The second floor rooms have no outside ventilation so when the sewer smell came in via the ac I got panicky. They gave a new room which was better so I complained again and they put me on the third floor. The room would have been great except for the broken toilet seat and the fact that the toilet was improperly installed and rocked an inch back and forth. I never saw another guest while I was there so word must’ve gotten around. A creepy feeling indeed! The facility is unfinished with lovely murals and tile work but unconnected trim and other clear signs of money problems. The restaurant never opened , so no free breakfast and the price came in close to 140 us but showed around 100 on Expedia

Mi habitación es amplia, bien iluminada, aire acondicionado en muy buen estado, sin embargo no tiene closet y la funcionalidad de las puerta de la habitación, el baño y la regadera es inadecuada.

Es una propiedad no apta para servicios turísticos. Las personas que nos atendieron (mujeres) mis respetos.

Mala calidad del hotel, no te dan ni una botella de agua, sucio, no tienen lo indispensable. Te cobran 1,600 la noche y no vale ni la mitad. Pésima experiencia.

El 1er día nos recibió una persona poco atenta , el 2dia la persona mucho mejor. Pero en general no se siente un lugar que se esmeren por dar un buen servicio . Si regreso a la paz , buscaré otro lugar mejor .
