Hotel Mágico del Mar

No me respetaron la reservacion desconocieron a expedia que no trabajan con ustedes y tuve q pagar las habitaciones mas caras y me dieron una que no servia la tele el lavabo tapado el baño se salia el agua

Que esta cerca del malecon cerca de la terminal y algunos lugares de interes PERO EL PERSONAL COBRA MAS DESPUES DEL yDEPOSITO POR RESERBAR se tira el agua de la regadera hacia el cuarto no tv y más no te dan agua de beber

This place is very uneven and feels like it has seen better days. Though we had paid for an ocean view suite with a king bed, they showed us three different rooms with small beds and no view before they finally took us to the kind of room we had paid for. The towels are ancient and the hallway smelled bad, but it has a lovely terrace and the people were friendly (but this is Mexico where friendly is the norm). We'll try someplace else next time.

Buena ubicacion atencion amable falta mantenimiento en gral regaderas tapadas camas flojas ventilador ruidoso habitaciones planta baja sin ventilacion natural solo aire acondionado o ventilador si no prendes ninguno falta aire.

Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas al exterior. El desayuno incluido consta de una taza de café y 2 rebanadas de pan tostado. No tiene elevador.

I needed a room at short notice, and the price fit my budget. The 2:00 check in was convenient. However, for some reason the person at the reception desk needed to call his boss before honoring my reservation. The room was clean, the shower was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Also, there was a nice view of the bay from the terrace. I had to ask several times for soap, the controls to the air conditioner and TV. At least I received the soap.

No respetaron el precio de la reservacion me cobraron mas, la television no tenia sonido y regadera del baño aventaba agua para todos lados.

Buena ubicación, el personal muy amable pero le falta muchisisimo mantenimiento.

Reservamos y al llegar no tenían habitaciones tuve que dormir en un motel a causa de eso

De inicio el estacionamiento está ligeramente retirado del Establecimiento. Al hacer check in, no respetaron el costo de mi reservación, subieron ligeramente el cobro. El lugar se encontraba en remodelación y el acceso a la habitación fue algo largo. El servicio de televisión era muy malo, se perdía la señal todo el tiempo. Por último no había botellas de agua de servicio en la habitación. Al solicitar mi factura, algunos datos estaban mal, como mi apellido.
