Everything is in order

The heater never worked and the room/apartment was extremely cold,spoke with the customer service rep but could do anything through my stay and i suspect they knew the heater in the apartment never worked,WiFi password was not on the back of the door as stated on the text Based on this I'm requesting for a sort of compensation

Perfect situation near the train station. Well equipped, well presented, secure, spacious and comfortable. Slept very well, surprisingly quiet given we were in the city centre. Felt very much like a home away from home.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner - felt like all the nooks and cranies needed a good scrub. There was also a bowl of congealed fat in the kitchen cupboard with some on the dining table.
