Dear I stayed at your facility with my father for a holiday, but we experienced significant heating problems. The apartment was extremely cold, almost like ice, and the air conditioning/heating system was not functioning. I contacted you multiple times by phone and email, but the responses were not solution-oriented. We could no longer endure the cold, especially as my father is elderly and fell ill due to the low temperature, which forced us to leave the facility early. I also sent an email requesting compensation for the damages and inconvenience, but I have yet to receive a response. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed promptly, as the situation caused both discomfort and additional expenses.
