Realmente quedé satisfecho de todo, comida, estancia, limpieza, las instalaciones súper chingón todo

No tengo nada malo q decir sinceramente me vine con ganas d regresar más días jeje

Muy bien el hotel la comida muy buena

La playa pésima no sirve ningun dia nos pudimos meter bandera morada

A mis hijos les dio conjuntivitis infecciosa por el agua de las albercas, tuve que retirarme a pesar que teníamos pensado estar otro dia , muchísimo ruido fuera de la habitación, cero aislamiento de ruido en la puerta, la habitación tenía los muebles sucios y las cortinas de la habitación , la playa imposible de meterse ya que de un lado había erizos y del otro piedras asi qué no pudimos meter a los niños al mar )= , había dos grupos escolares con niños que nadie vigilaba o les llamaba la atención por su mal comportamiento , si por mi fuera pedía mi reembolso, ya que el hotel no cumplió con as espectaivas , sin embargo la gente tiene que comer y el personal no tiene la culpa

Staff were friendly, the food was fantastic, amenities were nice.

The junior suite doesn’t have a door to the bathroom. There is a partial wall with wood slats and then glass doors for the shower and the toilet. There was no privacy within the room. If someone was in the bathroom, you heard everything. Also the shower poured water out into the man bathroom area and into the toilet area. We had to use towels on the floor to sop up the mess. This was my only complaint the entire trip.

Loved absolutely everything from food to our room to the service. I’ve never had a better experience at any other resort.

The resort was very large which was difficult for more mobility impaired family members. I did see renting a mobility scooter was an option so we will keep that in mind for future visits

The friendly staff, variety of food, huge rooms, pools, & huge resort were all fantastic! Something for everyone in the family to eat. I loved hitting up the 24-hr Coco Cafe for my coffee everyday and my husband and kids had ice cream a couple times a day. Would definitely stay there again for the same price!

Not deal-breakers because I would definitely stay there again, but the only cons I can think of are: -Beds were just okay. Not the most comfortable and sunk in the middle. Covers too warm for climate. -The rooms seem to be well-soundproofed from neighbours, but the indoor hallways echo horribly through the door. I would get woken up hourly by loud guests talking and yelling passing our door. -Beach is a little rocky. It was still beautiful for walks and spotting sea creatures with my kids. Luckily, we are more pool-goers anyways.
