"Comfortable stay at hotel MONday Kyoto Marutamachi"

Family of 4 with 2 teenagers stayed 3 nights. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in a good spot so close to subway only 3 stops from central Kyoto, Family Mart maybe 50 metres walk. Very short walk to Kyoto Gyoen National Garden. Room was nice but a bit tight for 4 people, we managed but you would need two rooms if staying for longer than 3 nights.

Great staff. The breakfast is good to try. Great area close to trains. Great eats close by. Great coffee close by. Park is near. The bus stations near by are extremely convenient

Situated within a few minutes walk to the imperial palace and shopping precinct, this hotel is well located and value for money. The added bons of being able to book a free shuttle bus to the bamboo forest, makes this a key place to stay when visiting Kyoto
