Could be a nicer place if service was focused on the customer than on the establishment convenience. Shuttle bus service awful. Refrigerator in the room not working. Restaurants an after thought. Main steakhouse closed two days of the week? Staff clueless. I will not stay there ever again. There are nicer smaller hotels around that seem more professional and cheaper. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

Excellent service! From front desk, room service, dining.. To mention a few,Guest Relations Manager, Lily, Hostesses Hanane ,Chef Celia and a few others were super friendly and helpful. Their guest relations is one that's creates a wonderful atmosphere for one's stay at the hotel. Every interaction with a staff leaves you feeling welcomed and at home. The Algiers Marriott Hotel Bab Ezzouar defines an experiential hotel lifestyle! Above and beyond, one would say!😉
