made to feel very welcome lovely owners but need more customer service and to be a.lil more hands on not really business focused

The owners across the road bringing police every 2.mins and being moved from the family room to. A room upstairs that had no windows and it was just way to hot in the room could not breath it was really bad had to wait till the next day for them to bring us a TV

Easy check in. Car park space.

Nothing it was not cleaned floor full of rubbish and toilet full off po also bed linen not clean sleep on top of bed with cloths on

We inly stayed one night 😞 as a stop before heading down south but will keep the property in mind for a later date

Location wasnt bad and free parking was good.

The place is a building site. Arrived and there was rubbish everywhere and no one to greet us we had to phone someone who gave us pass code and told us key was in door. When walking in there was junk every where in the hall and the carpets where really dirty full of paint and crumbs. There was a table with cigarette ash all over it. When entering the room it stunk of smoke really strong even with windows wide open. Room was very basic but expected that to be fair for what we paid so didn't mind that. The beds where so uncomfortable but again kind of expected it as a budget option but the room was falling.g apart with holes all over in skirting floor and door. First night we went to bed early as I was exhausted as just got pit of hospital day before and it was a long journey and needed sleep. I was woken up to all the carpets being hoovered at 10pm! We put up with it all as location was good and we had a bed and room, however the final straw was on the final morning my partner wook up covered in bites and when he looked at his leg to see them we seen a flea jump off him! We where trying to keep positive throughout our stay as it was a budget stay and it was all getting refurbished but the bites and bugs was the final straw.

I really need to speak with someone on booking. Com We have had the worst holiday ever and I have photos to back it up the room was filthy my dog caught fleas in the room my dog had just been to the groomer before our holiday she is treated like a princess and is treated when supposed to. When we got there there was small black hairs all over the bedding within 3 days our dog was scratching and crying she's never had an infestation that was just the dog. I complained and asked for our money back to move on somewhere else but he wouldn't and we couldn't afford to move on without it then on Thursday night someone showed up at the door threatening us to take our sheets because the landlord hadn't paid his bill I tried to close the door on them and they pushed me through the door I am suffering from cancer and other health conditions

Have to say I stay in a lot of hotel and this was the worst. When we arrived no one there to meet us, we had to ring the owner no answer and we called out in the hall a girl came out of a room and the smell of weed was awful. We got into the rooms and they were awful. Food under the radiator from other people who had stayed. That night I was in the room and a knock on the door. I opened it and 2 men were standing there and asked for the bed clothes back as the manger had not paid the bill. I told them not a chance and come back in the morning when I was gone. Have to stay this was a disgrace. I was traveling with kids and this made them very uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep that night as they were afraid these men would come back in the night. My little boy suffers with anxiety and we were up all night with him. This ruined the next day at pleasure beach as we were all exhausted. I think a full refund should be given as this was an awful experience and I think you should take this off your website as I would not recommend this to anyone
