Absolutely brilliant hotel. so close to everything perfect location! had a very comfortable night sleep and staff couldn’t be any more helpful! i left some trainers in my room and they immediately posted them back to me. lovely staff and lovely hotel! will definitely stay again when i return to blackpool! thanks again :)

Decent location

No towels or toilet rolls had to go buy our own . Looks like the place is being done up so was like a building site

Nice little stroll up from the Promenade. Convenient for shops and attractions. Hot shower. Bed comfy. Fair price.

Was having building work done so main space a bit messy. Needs a little maintenance as broken window. TV signal a bit temperamental but works okay most of the time. No breakfast facilities- but Galleon nearby is okay.

Bed was ok

Parking was not free as advertised. It was £12 for 24hrs. Supposed to be free wifi but there were no details of the WiFi login/ password. Loud barking and growling dog in property. Shower wasn't secured properly. Exit obstructed by ladder and decorating stuff. Inside of property having work.done but was no mention when booking. No bin in room or toilet. No toilet roll provided, even after asking. Toilet door didn't shut and door knob was hanging off. Doorknob to room was hanging off. Insecure and hard to lock. No tea or coffee provided. Kettle in dangerous place. Curtain rail was bent. Headboard not secure and wrong size. TV didnt work. Pixilated then crashed. No TV remote.

Room was not ready on time and too much noise and not enough cups in the room no sugar or coffee or milk or teabags or biscuits toliet was broken no hot water
