Sehr schönes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage. Wir hatten eine fantastische Aussicht aus dem 15. Stock. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Die Dusche hatte einen sehr guten Druck und war leicht und zuverlässig einzustellen. Großes Lob auch hierfür.

The photos shown in the app create the impression that the rooms are spacious, but in reality, the room was very small, with only a medium-sized bed. There was no wardrobe and no proper space to store shoes. The room had neither a balcony nor windows that could be opened, making it impossible to enjoy any fresh air. The space was so limited that even the TV was awkwardly installed and did not face the bed properly. The wooden frame surrounding the TV was covered with dust, particularly along the bottom edge. There was also a wall-mounted light fixture with three bulbs enclosed in a wooden frame, and it was heavily covered in dust. There was no room service for basic amenities such as drinking water. Guests had to request water from the reception desk on the first floor. Coffee was provided only upon arrival, while tea had to be collected personally from a station near the reception area. Housekeeping was not provided daily and was only carried out every two or three days. The breakfast was below expectations, and the serving hours were shorter compared to those of most hotels. The restaurant, which also served as the breakfast area, was very small. The chairs were basic and not particularly comfortable. Considering the facilities, service quality, and room conditions, the nightly rate is not justified. In my opinion, this hotel is significantly overpriced for what it offers.
