Location!!

Great location in Susukino so it was a short walk to restaurants and shops, the staff were helpful and friendly, and I was able to use the onsen with my tattoos covered using the stickers purchasable from the front desk

별기대 없이 갔는데 바로 앞에 지하철역 있고 시설 깔끔하고 좋았습니다 대욕장에 노천탕도 있어서 완전 만족 ! 아무리 깨끗한 호텔이라도 욕실에 곰팡이가 있을 법한데 전혀 없어서 정말 청결하구나라고 생각했습니다 다음에 삿포로에 가게 된다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

Very comfortable bed, helpful staff, good to have onsen but I did not try it. Loved the bedhead too.

Not enough coffee sachets and milk for guests in the room and no wardrobe clothes hanging space.

The fitness could have been better.

スタッフの方の接客が丁寧でした。 16階から南を眺めることができました。 上階は見晴らしが良くて気持ちが良いですね。

朝ごはんが少し残念だったかな....。 半額でもいいくらい。
