"Pathethic and worst stay ever ... i been cheated not only by Astor hotel but booking.com too"

Lift not working past few months No Hygiene with respect to room cleaning No tiolet tissue or tioletories No one at the reception to attend the guest No water in the shower No hot water No support staff to her and neither booking.com interven online Picture are different from room allocated hot water kettle had dust and insect

Nothing, My trip is screwed as i can get ready, I missed my bus and paid double cost

"Not a deluxe room"

Not a lot

Booked a deluxe room. Was more like a standard room. Nothing like the pictures. An armchair thrown in the room that you couldn't get past to get to the bed. No sofa. Window wouldn't close. Howling wind blowing through it. Bad quality squeaky bed.
