Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything!!!!!!! I got not this room what I booked it was dirty and stinks with cigarette in the bathroom horrible place! Avoid!! I didn't stay and I ask for refund I got 8.68 from 31 pounds!!! Unbelievable!! They should closed this place and booking com should check in all places with bad reviews and remove it from their website!!!!!!!

Absolutely nothing apart from it was close to the gay village. The fact was able to get back in car and leave and not stay there.

Everything! Smells, dirty, bed wasn't changed or made from the previous customer, no towels, wall paper hanging off, ignorant owner, TV faced the ceiling

There was nothing to like about property other than situation property, not family room very small

The periphery was run down , we turned up at 3pm as agreed and room was not ready and was told to come back as one man running ragged to clean hotel. There was no key for door guy had to try n find, Paid for a family room which was tiny with bunk bed n double squeeze in Granddaughter got bites all over her legs this morning after returning home. If it was booked for more than just 1 night we would have gone elsewhere.

It was close enough to walk to the south pier.

Really needs a good upgrade. Literally a place to put your head down. Not much interaction with any employees. There is no parking very close by. 5min walk down the road and there is a huge long stay, pay and display. We got back to the hotel for 10pm and was listening to the music from the hotel next door until just gone 11pm. A little thing but one thing our room didnt have was a bin. Just so any rubbish isn't lying about the room.

Bed sheets had stains, crumbs and hair on them, looked like they hadn't been changed. Bed felt like it was about to fall apart. Urine on toilet seat. No towels. Room had bad smell. Didnt stay ended up leaving and booking another hotel.
