Great location, great price

Shower wasn't the best, water just dribbled out

It smelt like someone had been smoking in the room and I found pizza down the side of the little chest of draws. The draws separated the 2 double beds in the room. Overall it was really poor for hygiene, you can tell no-one is looking after the hotel properly

Absolutely nothing

No staff at reception on arrival. Had to call a mobile number. Got told our key was in the door ready, when other guests were in the hotel. Was no key in the door so he used another key that numbered a different room number. I said to him well someone could come in our room and he made it clear that we would be safe. At 2am in the morning someone was trying to get in our room and I had to answer the door to be welcomed by a drunk gentleman. I explained anout the key situation. He was ok about it. It was clearly the staff members fault. The main front door and communal door was open so anyone could have walked in. I am thinking that all keys are used for every room. The rooms are 1000% different to the ones pictured on here. Sinks stunk of drains. The kettle was clearly not cleaned properly. This has left me and my kids scared. Check out was 11am. And we left at 7.30am as we felt safer being outside in the cold weather. If I would have the funds I would have left after feeling unsafe but only option we had was not to sleepm
