早上6:30-7:00同一時間可以見到日出及日落，好特別，附近有食店，可以坐巴士接駁JR，附近有很多風呂温泉。

インの際の説明の声が小さく聞き取れない、別組の客もいたので、全組合同説明で良いかと。 ウオシュレットが欲しい、室内の木製服かけが重さでとれました。 畳部屋の出入口に段差があり、何度かこけかけた。布団はセットしてほしかった。窓からの景色は良かった。

The staff was kind and apologized for the inconvenience. They offered a complimentary hot springs voucher (outside hotel). However, Booking.com and the hotel failed to announce directly to the customer the lack of hot water,

The hotel had no hot water or hot spring services. They said they announced this problem on the web page, but they should send an email or call the customers to let them know. Also, if these important services are not available, they should be a discount on the fare.

Oh I love this hotel with the japanese toom and I got a great view of the city with steam. It's light up with color at night so beautiful.

今回初めて宿泊させていただいたのですが、最初から最後まで気持ちが良い滞在となりました。 チェックインの際のフロントの方の対応と挨拶などは感じが良く、気楽に楽しむことができました。 地獄蒸しができたり、天然の温泉共にここの名物であることは間違いありません。 別府に来た際はまた利用させていただきたいなと思います。 おかげさまで非常に良い思い出となりました。本当にありがとうございます。
