Property was not fancy but it was clean.

Breakfast was not great. Also they had just painted some of the walls and there was a smell

Breakfast and location of the hotel

I have stayed at this hotel in 2019 and 2023 and it was very good. Now I feel the hotel has dropped its standards and isn't what it used to be. The cleanliness is not brilliant.

"Bit overpriced but lovely staff and good location."

Staff- very helpful and friendly. I am pretty sure this hotel has high rating just because of the good hardworking staff and location.

Room was basic for the 10k I paid per night. Floorboards were chipped. Breakfast is very basic.

"Disappointing stay."

The hotel kept us informed prior to check-in and the check-in was good. The reception staff was responsive and generally good. Access to Juhu beach is excellent...only 5 mins walk.

Rooms were not clean. Access to power socket at the desk was difficult - had to remove the small fridge to plug-in my laptop. Aircon stopped working at night and was down for several hours through out the hotel. We were thrown out of the dinning room at breakfast time to allow for a wedding party function. Only alternative was to have limited breakfast in the bedroom.
