Location is great n very friendly staff

Still lot of work going on site Breakfast in room is not comfortable as lack of space for table

Check-in was good - fast check-in and receptionist was friendly . Location is ideal.

Room had not been prepared for arrival - dusty floor and no towels etc. Brestfast leaves a lot to be desired. We were thrown out of the breakfast room due to double booking for wedding party - please note it is wedding season (Oct to Dec) in India. HVAC in all rooms stopped working one sultry night and did not come on until late morning. Staff could have been more friendlier and provide service with a smile.

Staff was responsive but seemed new or confused at times.

There was construction ongoing throughout the stay which meant the halls and lobby were fully unusable. There were men working until late evening, which did not feel safe as a solo female traveler.

Ac didn’t work. Staff had an absurd reason that split Ac in my room can be controlled by someone else on the floor and that caused Ac in my room to be switched off. Even worse was staff’s response that ‘it is what it is, live with it’. Breakfast buffet is setup in a makeshift banquet hall in the basement

I must commend Mr Sarthak Mohit for his exceptional service. Despite the challenges, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special thanks to him and to the boy who clean the room, they were incredibly helpful and made our stay much more enjoyable. Mr Sarthak efforts did not go unnoticed, and I appreciate everything he did for us.

I stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. First, I was disappointed with the ongoing renovation work. The noise was quite disruptive, and the condition of the room did not match the pictures I had seen online. It was frustrating. Wifi not working in room. Plug also was not good. Lobby not working. And the facility policy is no cancellation.
