The reception was very smelly, with a bathroom like odour throughout. Very poor bed quality with an unsteady bed. Room air conditioning was not upto the mark. Had to change the room . We reached for breakfast at 10.25 (5 minutes before they close) and the attitude of one of the waiters was very rude. Even before we could pick up our plate,he kept telling that they were closing and were even hesitant for a while to serve. Shocking . Absolutely not worth the money.

Location was good.

Cleanliness was below par. The housekeeping was poor. Despite having the place booked for 7 nights, I stayed half. The housekeeping didn’t make any provisions to keep the room clean, even after mentioning that we had dust allergy. Washrooms were not cleaned for the entire stay- only towels were replenished. I had a very bad allergy flare towards the end and I checked out a night before. Mustafa at front desk did make attempt to graciously hold the booking- but overall very bad experience cleanliness wise.

Price charged is quite high compared to the room provided. Room were not clean, bathroom really need a deep cleaning, shower curtain is all stained.

Appearance inside and out was satisfactory. Building appears to be under construction, rooms were not clean , cement etc in room bathroom.

Breakfast arrangement in the basement , where supposedly a banquet hall with stage is . Breakfast choices were poor. Cockroach was crawling on the breakfast table - hygiene and cleanliness just poor. Hairdryer didn’t work in room .
