I enjoyed the frendliness of the staff

They couldn't accommodate for bigger vehicles and had to pay for my own parking. If the place can accommodate this and pay for the parking. It would be great

El personal es muy amable y atento, el hotel es moderno con habitaciones muy lindas ( algo cargadas para mí gusto, pero eso es personal). Muy lindo baño y buena ducha. El desayuno muy bueno y mi habitación tenía vista lateral a la sky tower

No estaba la habitación bien limpia: espejos y vidrios sucios, la ubicación no es la mejor, a 1 km del Waterfront, con una calle en subida muy empinada y lo del parking propi es muy mentiroso, solo entran alrededor de 10 autos y siempre toman más reservas para el parking, lo que resulta en un amontonamiento y dejar las llaves en el desk

"I would stay again"

The breakfast was what you would expect for a buffet inclusion - the food was lovely. My favourite thing - I loved having a private courtyard/deck.

Only a small thing- the kettle lid didn't close properly and I would have liked more in-room coffer satchels.
