The breakfast was awesome, I have stayed here with my partner before, however the room we had the last time was a bit bigger and we had an outside patio area which was nice to have. The location, I find to be a bit awkward as there is nowhere to really stop in front of the hotel, and the side road (City Road) where I parked was just around the corner and alot cheaper parking option so that was used instead of the hotel parking, as I heard they were full on the date I finalised to stay.

Having the access keys work prior to guests stay, having the remote in the bedroom in a visible spot as there was nothing there when we got into the room, ensure that it has been confirmed with the restaurant that we do have breakfast included in our booking as we arrived to have breakfast the next morning and the staff said they will cross check with the reception staff as it did not have my booking down for breakfast.

The staff were professional and accommodating, and the check-in process was quick and easy! The room was lovely, and the bathroom was amazing! Great shower space and exceptional water pressure! The location of the hotel is superb if your plans are within the CBD.

The only issues I found were that the fridge in my room wasn't working, but the light in it did? luckily I didn't need it so it wasn't a big issue. They had a kettle with tea and coffee, but the only sink was the bathroom, which also isn't a big issue but still something to consider. Lastly, the bathroom had no extractor fan, so it steamed the bathroom very quickly.

Tv in room was not working to well mentioned to reception. They said they would look but nothing done.
