i have been several times but this year everything was very bad from the food to the hospitality and most importantly the spa for kids is until 2 if they don't want family change to adults only hotel not like that . Moreover they have limits for the kids playroom for 2 hours. Overall is not worth for the money.

В принципе, отель в целом понравился. Отель новый, современный, есть спа и бассейн. Единственный минус — сауна была достаточно слабая, а вторая сауна практически не грела. Больше всего понравилось расположение: прямо возле центра, рядом со всеми ресторанами, горками и подъёмниками — это большой плюс.

Из минусов также отмечу кондиционер: он работал только на обогрев и не охлаждал, при этом в номере было достаточно жарко. Приходилось открывать балкон даже тогда, когда на улице был снег и −5 градусов. За ночь приходилось вставать 3–4 раза, чтобы открывать и закрывать балкон. Также не понравилось, что постельное бельё за восемь дней не меняли ни разу — его только застилали. Полотенца, которые были грязные, поменяли всего один раз за весь период. В остальном уборка заключалась в том, что выносили мусор, меняли воду, заправляли постель.

A new hotel with pretty good facilities. The standard room was great, but quite small for 2 adults+2 children. Also location is one of the best in the region for skiing - the nearest ski lifts and ski schools are approx 50 meters from the entrance to the hotel. So, the food is also has very good quality.

So, if you expect an European-class services from this 5-stars hotel - get ready to be disappointed. Some facts, that we experienced during the stay (6 nights): - Extremely slow services. So, on breakfast you need to wait up to 20 minutes to get your ordered drinks. And you don't have a chance to prepare a coffee or tea by yourself - there is no such option. Also in the bar the situation is the same. And if you want to drink a cup of tea at lobby after the lunch - it's impossible, because all waiters are busy and don't visit this location, even after your complain to the reception; - Unacceptable music noise from the hotel's bar at night. The bar have big outside speakers and, without any practical purpose, these speakers work at night. So, you are invited to the night disco with your little children at your room, if your window is situated to the mountains side. And there is the only way to pull down this disco - you need to go or to call to a reception and ask they many times to stop that (they can just turn-off outside speakers, but need your call for that - I don't understand the idea); - Critical lack of public zones, such as lobby or restaurants or even bars. So, the hotel has only one small bar that almost always overcrowded, especially at lunch and dinning times. Lobby has approx 10 sitting places and lack of services (see above); - Low level of room cleaning; - Wi-Fi is awful. I guess, the ADSL internet from 2000's is quite better than Wi-Fi at this hotel (6-10 Mb/s max). But if you connect to the Grand Hotel free Wi-Fi (neighboring hotel) - you will see the speed up to 100 Mb/sec; - Almost nobody speaks English, except for reception and some waiters at the bar.

This was our 3rd year here. As always, location is superb and the staff is amazing. Spotless clean. However, it is noticable that there is a slight drop in quality of the service (lower number of staff?). During breakfast you have to chase the staff to remove the plates from the previous guests, or ask for drinks. There are just not enough stuff for the number of people. Also, I had to notice a slight decline in the food quality for both breakfast and dinner . There is a nice variety, but it seems less nice than 3 years before. E.g. cabbage just cut, not seasoned. Lettuce also. We will come again, but I wish the service goes back to what it was 3 yeaes ago.
