The family room was great—spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also really appreciated the in-house ski shop and trainers; the team there was fantastic, incredibly helpful, and the prices were just as competitive as the shops outside. Additionally, the dining staff were consistently polite and professional, which we truly valued.

Housekeeping was a major struggle. we had to hunt down staff almost every day for basic coffee refills, and despite having two young kids, the room wasn't vacuumed once during our entire stay. The atmosphere in the common areas was also tough for families; the bar is beautiful, but the heavy indoor smoking makes it a no-go for children. Since the library doesn't allow alcohol , there wasn't really a comfortable smoke-free spot for a family evening drink. ​We also found the dining value a bit disappointing. I’d suggest skipping the half-board as the variety is quite limited, and being charged $7 for a bottle of water at a pre-paid dinner felt like a bit of a shock. Lastly, communication could be better—the kids' club is only free for the first two hours (€10 per hour after that), and we could never find a schedule for the cinema room and what movie or what time it was on from. It’s a beautiful hotel with excellent skiing, but for a luxury price point, the service needs to be much more consistent. We’d think twice about returning until those hospitality kinks are ironed out.

The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and located in a beautiful area. The location is excellent, especially for a ski holiday. The overall atmosphere is elegant and modern. The staff were generally polite and helpful. A special thank you to Ljiljana for her outstanding service — she was extremely friendly, attentive, and meticulous. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and made our dining experience much more enjoyable.

Despite traveling with a child and communicating this clearly, the hotel requested an additional 50 EUR per night for an extra bed, which felt unreasonable for a property at this level. Although we booked half board, even water during dinner was charged separately, which was disappointing. The kids club is free for only two hours; after that, there is a charge of 10 EUR per hour. Smoking is allowed in the main bar/restaurant area, which may not be ideal for families with children. Cleanliness was acceptable but not exceptional for this category of hotel.

Osoblje nestrucno, pravila hotela katastrofalna, djeca do 12 godina mogu u zatvoreni bazen do 14h,igraonica se doplacjuje ako se predje 2h 100dinara po djetetu, u otvorenom bazenu temperatura vode nije kako treba, unutrasnji bazen premal za hotel sa 5 zvijezdica.

Cel mai mult mi-a placut faptul ca era la baza partiei si nu pierdeai deloc timp,ajungeai imediat la telescaun.Micul dejun a fost ok. Curatenia a fost super si veneau zilnic sa schimba prosoape si sa verifice. Au un restaurant in incinta hotelului care este foarte dragut, mai ales mancarea si ospatarii,recomand. Pentru un sejur la ski linistit si fara batai de cap recomand,hotelul sau neaparat ceva pe langa el.

Facusem rezervare cu cina inclusa,iar cand am ajuns acolo am aflat ca este doar micul dejun inclus. Apa de la piscina era putin cam rece, inclusiv temperatura in camera respectiva si piscina cam mica pentru capicitatea hotelului. Aveau o problema cu liftu se strica zilnic, noroc ca erau 2,dar tot era un disconfort pentru ca nu existau scari de acces, puteau fi folosite doar de personal. Temperatura in camera nu putea fi marita, selectam o temperatura mai mare dar aceasta nu depasea 21 de grade. Am stat 6 zile si nu am gasit in nicio zi un dulap liber pt depozitarea skiurilor.
