The hotel is nice in general, the location is very good, the staff is nice

We booked for two nights from 31 Dec to Jan 2. First of all, there was no hot water in the room on 31st. We had to welcome the New Year without a proper shower after driving for 5 hrs to get there. In addition to that, the room was cold throughout our stay, with room temperatures 20-21 degrees, while the hotel policy, written on a document in the room, states that the minimum temperature during winter is 24 degrees. That’s unacceptable for a hotel which charges 600 eur per night, when outside temperatures are -14. They obviously had a problem with the heating or had it intentially reduced, and we asked the reception multiple times, and I texted the hotel via Booking message system to do something about it (ex. bring an electric heater or change the room). The reception said that they will do something about it, and they didn’t do anything. No response on Booking messaging system as well. Again, this behavior is unacceptable for such a prestigious hotel with a hefty price tag. So during our whole stay, we were left in a cold room in an expensive, seemingly 5 star mountain resort. When we checked out, I mentioned the disappointment to the reception again and I told them I had requested partial refund from booking, and they acknowledged the issues and said they were fine with partial refund, wrote something down and gave us free parking (this clearly shows that they were aware of the issue with the heating and the cold rooms). As a follow up, I requested a partial refund on Booking with the documented issues, and guess what: the hotel didn’t acknowledge those issues and didnt refund anything. Let’s say its fine if they didn’t do any refund, but why not acknowledge obvious issues? This is unacceptable behavior for such a hotel in general.

Samo menadžerka Miljana, dečko na recepciji Marko i momci na ulazu. Sektor iz održavanja ne radi svoj posao i neljubazni su, restoranska usluga užas, devojke u igraonici užas, spa - užas.

Prehladno je u svim hotelskim prostorijama osim u sobama (primetno hladnije nego pre 2 godine kada sam bila), nenormalan odnos cene i kvaliteta - sadržaji loši, a preskupi, naplaćuje se čak i igraonica za decu koja su u hotelu, a devojke ništa ne rade i čak se deca tuku pred njima. Hrana ispod standarda, em mali, em loš izbor. U restoranu na -2 ne može da se sedi od hladnoće, kao i u prostoriji pored recepcije, dok u restoranu n a -1 osrednji ručak za 2 osobe košta 33. 000 dinara. U hotelu se toliko štedi na grejanju da su ljudi na recepciji obučeni u kapute.
