We had a work event and our team dedicated to the event were all incredible, especially Val! She went above and beyond with exceptional customer service.

Bkfast was what you needed...pretty good... Location good as I became more familiar with neighborhood. I am an early riser, so I like to go out early. There were homeless walking around. There isn't many people out, that was a bit creepy, but I got used to it quickly, and it appears harmless..Most staff super nice. The one woman during the day, I believe in charge, rather bland, and certainly could be proactive and nicer..

We had an outstanding stay at the Hyatt Place in Downtown Phoenix during our recent family trip. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The beds were hands-down the most comfortable of our entire trip—something everyone in the family appreciated after long days of exploring. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every interaction we had was positive. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and eager to help. They also gave us excellent recommendations for nearby dining, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Breakfast was another highlight. It’s not always easy to please everyone when traveling with kids, especially picky eaters, but this one was a win across the board. The location is fantastic. It's right in the heart of the action in downtown Phoenix. It made it easy to get to sports venues and other activities, and we loved being able to walk to so many places. Overall, this hotel was a perfect fit for our family. Comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again.

Well located hotel within easy walking distance to all of downtown major attractions, arenas, etc. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance as well. Rooms are large, contemporary and clean. Only nitpicky thing I could comment on are the small, thin bath towels. But if that’s the only negative I could come up with, I think that speaks volumes for the overall quality of the hotel.

We were visiting the ASU campus, and the location of this hotel was very close. Staff was very friendly, and the coffee counter and bar provided nice drinks. Room was spacious and clean.

Getting an itemized receipt was not easy and took too long.
