Aparthotel Charlotten

The beds are very noisy. I woke up with every movement. The window did not have a curtain. The room was next to the door and the sound of coming and going was disturbing.

The room was clean and the kitchenette was functional but had limited equipment. The beds were comfortable and the location was good.

The unit was very hot in the afternoon as it was western facing and checking in was very difficult as the automated system was not working at the time.

Nothing.

After I paid the stay for 4 nights, upon arriving, I had to pay additional amount (they called it city tax).that was never mentioned.at the description. If refused, there was no way to get the key. That is a robbery, and my last stay there. Besides that, the smell innthe toilet is terrible at all times.

Was on the ground floor by the street so we had a bit of noise from cars and other people but nothing too bad
