The accommodation was really responsive when I told them I didn’t want to stay in the room where they suggested me to stay. They changed our room without any questions and were really polite. The room we got was really beautiful with enough privacy. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We even decorated the wedding cake for our friends wedding!

First we got a room on the ground floor, with windows to the street. One the the windows was missing a curtain. If people looked thorough the window they could’ve seen me/my friend laying in bed. No privacy at all.

Going straight from the street and the lights from cars shining through front door window. And the bathroom window at night people can see through.no blind.

The floor was certainly only swept and not wiped - our feet were black after only one evening. The beds were hard, we had problems checking in, it was ridiculously loud until 2 a.m. - both nights, because there were rude people drinking in front of the hotel. We found the fridge being sticky in bottom drawers and there was hair in the shower. We didn’t even have a broom somewhere, to at least clean our own dirt there. It was ridiculous, for the price.

Cheap rates, ok comfortable single beds, mostly quiet neighborhood, supermarket close by.

Worst part: there are no staff on site to help if there are any check-in or room card issues (my room was not ready upon arrival and so the self-check-in via ipad system did not work, I was not informed why at the ipad, and since it was a Sunday that was some stress...), that is obviously a problem, and I had to call several times (a German number with a German automated reply...) until I finally got an answer (once I finally did get through the woman I spoke to was helpful, and she spoke English). The next day I tried calling for another reason, it took again several calls over a couple hours until I got an answer. They also explicitly say they don't answer calls after 8pm, so if you have issues after that... good luck! Cleanliness was not ok (two young men were cleaning when I arrived, they were in a hurry, so either they wanted to leave soon, or are not given enough time to clean properly). The place looks like it needs some maintenance attention, holes in curtains, etc. No iron. No safe. Shower pressure can be *very* weak during peak hours.

The non-smoking room 005 I had booked rieked of cigarettes and when I arrived had the window open to air it. I had no wish to stay in the room and tried to call the company during their normal working hours as well as sent them messages that the room is not ok and I would like to switch. I got no response and could talk to no one, as there is only a computer for automatic checkins at the entrance. Appart from a non-smoking room, I booked this location due to its sound proof qualities that other clients had mentioned. Room 005 has however a big gap under the entrance door (see attached picture) and you can hear all the chatter in the hallway and every step - the door is right in front of stairs that house other rooms they rent. Since the staff was not available and i could not switch the room by myself I had to do a booking on airbnb to find another accomodation. I got in touch with booking.com helpdesk explaining the issue, but they said they cant do much and I should reach out to the company myself. But if they dont answer the phone its rather hard. I was told to leave a review. Here it is. I spent extra money on another accomodation and never got a reply from this agency... sad!
