Room doors closed on check out date at 10am, luggage stuck in the room. I know that i missed check out by couple of minutes, my bad. But automatically locking the doors is a too drastic measure, such things never happened to my in other hotels. I could have missed my train. Same happened to some other guests in this hotel. 2 phones of the hotel did not pickup. Super annoyed and disappointed about chek out process.

Good convenient location . Good privacy and cleanliness.

Noisy neighbours can be a problem, on the second night, an inconsiderate family was walking around loudly and moving furniture continuously on the floor above well past midnight. The checking in and checking out time could be more generous .
