"Pleasant time"

We enjoyed our Thursday- Saturday stay in Hunter. The Hunter lodge was an ideal location for short drives to hiking locations. Our mountain side room had a nice view and was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast provided was good, it’s from 8-10am. We didn’t try the Tavern. Local Phoenicia diner, Fellow Mountain Cafe and Silvia in Woodstock was excellent. Con- The king mattress had an uncomfortable slope in the middle.

beautiful hotel, beautiful views, super conferrable and clean rooms. came for a solo trip to reset, and it was absolutely the way to do it. definitely will come back

A very comfortable and laid-back place, conveniently located in Hunter. Comfortable rooms.

The breakfast choice is quite limited. Use of plastic covers and paper plates is not a sustainable approach.

Stayed in a patio room, which was very spacious, with a banquette included, and beautiful views of the autumn foliage. It also smelled good in the lobby ☺️

"Good for the night"

The Hunter Lodge was good for the night. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. There is a large room with comfortable seating, a wood stove, and a coffee bar. The room was quite large with a balcony and outdoor seating. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large with a small sink and a big shower. Breakfast was included but selection was minimal, much smaller than the usual hotel breakfast.
