Very nice and clean property in a beautiful location. Would definitely stay here again.

Half the rooms are by a noisy roadside and don’t have the views of the mountain advertised when booking. Staff are overwhelmed with the number of guests with breakfast food running out and common areas not cleaned. Moontain rooms are nice.

We loved the friends room! It was quiet and large enough to spread out. The dinner in the bar area was amazing, and it was nice to have a grab-and-go option for breakfast.

The staff at the restaurant were amazing, but they could use more help. It was a long wait, and suggestions for a few more options at breakfast- hard boiled eggs would be great. There isn't much around, and we were hiking all day. Also, I could not get a room for both nights, so I did get a second night at a queen room upstairs. THIS room and downstairs was awesome, but if you stay upstairs (in the 200 rooms) near the door, be prepared to have a lot of noise from the bar area.

We stayed in room 201 and the noise from the bar area and front door was so loud, we could hear every word. We were hiking early the next morning, and the bar quieted down by 10:30, but then people continued to come and go and we heard everything. The room was hot and the cooling unit didn’t work. The outside lights were so bright the shades didn’t cover all of the brightness.
