This is our second stay and it was just as cosy, clean and comfortable as the last time. Facilities in the apartment are just right and the team are all really helpful and friendly too. Great location for walking straight into Knepp and having the pub next door is fab to avoid having to self cater too much! Their food is delicious and it is similarly cosy.

Nice rural pub B&B. Clean comfortable room in a quiet village

We stayed for one night - Sunday and it was only when I had booked and paid a non refundable fee I was informed the pub closed at 4pm for the night and no food or drink was available after that. It didn’t really affect us as we were dining out elsewhere with friends but beware of this as there is nowhere else within walking distance. Also although we arrived during pub hours Sunday afternoon we weren’t shown to our rooms just told to use the code for the entrance which was up an outside metal fire escape stairway !!

The room wasn't very sound proof we could hear every little noise from the room next door

Great location to visit Knepp Castle Estate. Loved our breakfast hamper it was really good, lots of variety. Because there is no one there at check in time you never got to meet any of the staff which makes it feel a little impersonal but that's just how the set-up is there. Great Location!!

Breakfast only via breakfast-basket and coffee machine in room. coffee machine in room needed 4,5 run throughs to be clean enough, food okay but overall for 10pounds a bit spartan

The staff were great and it was close to Knepp.

Rooms were a bit cramped and breakfast hamper difficult to manage in the room. Would have preferred to eat at a table .

Beautiful location, although quite remote.

Total lack of electricity initially.
