Best Western Plus Chandler

Rooms clean the staff was super nice and we like the location.

What we didn't like was the last night of our stay we were planning on resting a little before our departure but the people in the next room dog was barking.

Good location near family. Nice breakfast and friendly, helpful attendant. Also helpful night desk clerk

Cable issues never corrected. Desk clerk came and helped us work TV best possible. Coffee pot did not work. No hand rails anywhere in bathroom and we had asked for handicap bath as we both need bars. Not able to bath due to safety.

Quiet location, clean facility, friendly staff.

We love this location and usually drive 20 minutes from the closes one because it is hands down much better. Really good breakfast. One washer and dryer only but free to use. Great staff, very clean, recommend.

Breakfast was good very good coffee

For 4 days the carpet outside my room door was soaking wet. Every night I had problems with the internet and remote for the TV. Staff would come down and spend a long time trying to fix it. The last night of my stay they couldn't even get it fixed. A staff member told me that this is a regular occurrence. The breakfast was not very good. I ended up eating only yogurt. Would not recommend this hotel.
