Best Western Plus Chandler

Everything was fine. The hotel was convenient to come and go from during the day. The staff was friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and all the employees were so nice.

***Call before booking to find out whether or not the elevator works.*** Newer hotel that is poorly maintained - [ ] Outside Door to stair well does not shut (broken) - [ ] Room air conditioner does not cool the room. 77 degrees. (Front desk did not care.) - [ ] Elevator did not work. Maintained this would be a hidden gem of a hotel. Clean. Attractive common areas. Comfortable beds. Well set up rooms.

My room had empty beer cans in the trash, but otherwise seemed clean. The A/C could have been colder. Wouldn't get lower than 72 per the thermostat, but seemed warmer in the room. Everything else was nice and I would stay there again.

The staff was so kind and pleasant. The lady who is over the breakfast in the morning was absolutely wonderful! Clean and friendly. 2 thumbs up!

Small, but large enough. Very clean. Ease of moving around.

This hotel is not on gps yet. It’s just behind McDonald’s off 31. Great new hotel - still has that new building smell!! Great service, ample parking. Comfy rooms.

Clean facilities, awesome bed, delicious coffee and great breakfast. The coffee is truly better than almost any American hotel I’ve stayed at.

Everything was great! I would have thought if was brand new except we stayed there last summer. Also, the tiles on the elevator floor are cracked. Other than that, it is so well maintained that it looks new.
