Best Western Plus Chandler

AC was broken in several rooms, unable to switch rooms due to hotel being fully booked.

Stayed here to catch an early flight. Nice place!

The hotel was okay but not excellent. The room was mostly very clean but there was a mildew odor in the bathroom that was in conflict with a bleach smell. Maybe a failed attempt to clear the problem? There was also a small bug in the tub upon initial entry. Everything else was fine.

Perfect and very quiet

I liked the size of the room. And the bed was comfortable.

The first room we were put in was not completely finished and we showed up after the cleaning people were gone for the day. Asked for sheets to make the bed and was told we would be put in another room. The second room we ended up in the AC controls didn’t work on the unit or the wall thermostat. So temp was high all night making the room hot.

Absolutely nothing

GPS didn’t take to the location. They gave me a room key and when we got to our room there was a man asleep in our room which the lady insisted they didn’t have anyone that was suppose to be in the room. Worst stay I’ve ever had
