Fantastic bed. Staff were very happy to help. Very good food at a reasonable price. A good walk to the centre of town behind the hotel up on the hill avoiding traffic , passing good cafes and great view points.

Ease of movement. I had a good taxi driver Rupesh, who helped me visit places at my pace. Food in in-house restaurant was excellent, so staying at room at night and enjoying good dinner was a plus. Ravi has been very helpful in guiding what to do and what not, saved me lot of time and maximized my time there. View from my balcony(Kanchanjangha) was Awesome and relaxing, everyday something different to catch.

Eu gostei de tudo, em especial a hospitalidade do Ravi e de toda a equipe de funcionários. Quarto grande, cama com aquecedor de colchão, vista espetacular das montanhas dos Himalayas. A comida servida no restaurante é muito saborosa.. Eles cuidaram do serviço de taxi e transfer para o aeroporto. I liked everything, especially the hospitality of Ravi and the entire staff. The room is spacious, with a bed that has a heated mattress and a spectacular view of the Himalayan mountains. The food served at the restaurant is very tasty. .They took care of the taxi service and the transfer to the airport.

Nothing to complaim about

The view of kanchenjunga from the rooms were excellent and the staff was very helpful.The morning breakfast was also very good

The property is located in a uphill where few drivers denied us to take as the tyres were skidding. My 71 year old mom with high BP had to walk uphill which was not at all comfortable. Also the rooms didn't had room heaters, we had to pay extra for the room heaters.
