First of all the room was absolutely huge. It had two queen beds and a comfortable sitting area. I can’t praise enough the people who help set up the breakfast buffet. They were continually checking to make sure there was fresh coffee and food. There was only one thing that confused me and it was that they don’t clean your room or give you fresh linens unless you ask for them. I’ve seen that in other venues, but there’s usually a sign that indicates it. However, when we brought to the attention that we really did need fresh towels, they took care of it right away. We will return we like this place so much.

I mentioned it above they should put a placard in the room, saying if you want your room attended to you must ask us. Also, we did run out of Kleenex only a little thing but it’s something that I think could’ve been checked. We do leave a very substantial tip daily.

"Always our “go to” in Harrisonburg"

This must be our 12th time staying here. It’s our halfway mark on the way to see family in Buffalo. The hotel is beautiful and always reliable, with rooms that are extremely clean. We stayed at a Hyatt House in Ft Lauderdale in December, and their sofas were old and sagging, and other things showed wear. Not this one. The couch is still firm, maybe recently replaced? Beds are comfortable, we get the cold sleeping temperature we like, and the shower stall is wonderfully roomy. One extra is that we can Comcast to the TV, and watch our Netflix or Prime series. Breakfasts are rather weak; with food rather dull and often cold. Only one negative.
