Aesthetically pleasing convenient to stores and major highway, the roof top bar was also a nice place to relax after traveling

The food was sub par, the breakfast and food selections were were not up to the standard I would expect from a Hyatt hotel.

A wonderful experience in every way. New, clean, helpful staff. So many amenities which anticipated the needs and comforts for a traveller. I felt safe, cared for and welcomed to take advantage of all of the different spaces available outside of my room. Also a great value.

We have stayed at The Hyatt Place in Harrisonburg so many times on our way to and from Fla. We absolutely love it. We are always treated very well and we appreciate the wonderful breakfast! Thank you to all! Sheila , Rafael and our two wonderful pups ( Patriot & Winnie)

Do you think there could be more trash cans (or larger ones) placed in the rooms? Its not that we didnt like it, but we really like to leave the room as tidy as possible when we check out!!!!!!!!!
