The Deakin at Claremont Apartments

It was a perfect location as we were getting married at the near by venue The Faversham The design, size and style were fantastic - photos provided are accurate. It was lovely.

I did think that there may have been a litte bit of milk provided and tea bags but there wasnt. The radiator in the bathroom was on full belt and its right next to the toilet and always kept catching our legs - it was very hot! We had the apartment for two nights, I registered my car registration plate to the designated parking space, however, when we returned from our wedding someone else was parked in our place and the carpark was full. We had to park on the street which was a bit annoying. Not really sure how they police it. These are just small things that didnt spoil the stay - its a really lovely building and apartment

We liked the location, the character of the house and being able to walk into the city

Very happy with everything but thought it slightly expensive.

There was value for money. Accessing the key was easy and cleanliness was great Loved the history of Deakin that was available for my pleasyre..

Well I didn't encounter any staff ..so it would have been great to meet one to give a personal touch.

Perfect location; wonderful facilities. The bed was amazing and so comfortable - I want one for my house.

The light in the hallway was left on over night which was a little distracting.

Great location, excellent living space.

Despite being 'serviced apartments', and the guest information saying that stays over 7 days would have room servicing (our stay was 14 days), our room was not serviced at all. We had to grab the room cleaners when we saw them to get fresh towels.

Spacious, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Useful having parking - although a little tight when fully booked!
