"Great staff few minor issues"

The room was great , it had a nice view and simple design but it didn’t have a full length mirror which I think is minimum hotel room requirement. The menu and bar food was not great, they don’t even have just chips! The staff were very friendly and nice.

Pros: the beach is across the road, small but cozy and with showers. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, even has its own small garage for seven parking spaces. But you need to book in advance. Breakfasts are generally beyond praise, freshly prepared, with hot dishes like scrambled eggs and meat snacks. Not to mention the pastries. Cons: some distance from the city center and the lack of grocery stores nearby.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was wonderful and we loved the breakfasts that were included. Great location, close to everything and although they have a parking lot, it was difficult to find but there were lots of options for free street parking anyway with a small car

Great, quiet hotel within close distance to old town. Nice comfy rooms. Nice pool area. Great for a stay in chania if you want to be close to town but just outside of the really busy area.

"Excellent"

Wonderful new hotel. Great staff. Located a bit further out of old town but walkable in 15 to 20 minutes. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great affordable hotel with a great pool.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Staff were really friendly. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Really loved everything about this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

"Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location"

Such a fabulous hotel, in a great location, beach is about a minute away and old town is a 10 minute walk with lots of lovely restaurants on route. Having a pool is an extra bonus, lovely to come back to and sit in sun after a walk around the old town. Hotel itself, rooms are lovely, everything you need and more, lots of sockets, clothes steamer, extra pillows and such a comfy bed. Rooms are exactly like the pictures ,I would say bigger than they look and are kept extremely clean.
