The staff were very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was excellent. Parking options in area can be an issue.

Great hotel. Really modern, fantastic location near to the old town and area. Nice staff, free welcome drink, private parking available however i got parked directly outside which is free. Good breakfast, I will be visiting Chania again and this hotel will be my hotel of choice.

This hotel is absolutely excellent in terms of location and standards . The rooms, general areas are clean and tidy - fresh towels provided daily. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and are very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas . A big thank you to Eleni, Katerina, Stefanos, Irini and Petros in making our stay enjoyable and stress free.

Great hotel. Just outside of the downtown core made it quiet, safe and lots of parking. Highly recommended

An amazing experience in chania. The Hyperion hotel is a very beautiful structure, with a very kindley staff. It is in a perfect position to visit the centre of the city by foot, also in the night, and you can go to the beach in few minutes. I will come back.

Stayed at the Hyperion City Hotel for 2 weeks, a very good buffet breakfast, Bar & small food menu. Bed and pillows very comfortable, Shower gel & shampoo provided which is always topped up, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and a hand steam iron. A small pool which is good for a dip and cooling off, small gym and spa area for various massage treatments. A 2 minute walk to the beach, a lovely walk along the seafront with numerous waterfront restaurants to the harbour and old town, which is about a 10 minute walk. Then you can walk upto the main town, loads of shopping available. Highly recommended and we will definitely be staying there again, as it quite and away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. All the staff are very attentive and friendly, and always willing to help. Parking available if you are renting a car.

We had a lovely stay at Hyperion. It’s very close to the old town and feels quiet and safe. The staff were absolutely lovely and we were given some free drinks vouchers on arrival which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent service, good location of the hotel , the facilities of the hotel was very good for my expectations, the room was very clear, comfortable, big with jacuzzi.
