The room is spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast has all essentials foods to choose from. The welcome drink was very nice!

All the staff were excellent and proud of the hotel. We had a wonderful stay there and enjoyed every minute of it.

Hotel room was very clean. Pool is also clean. Not so difficult to go to the centre. 5 minutes walk and you can take the bus to the centre. Located a corner away to the beach and restaurant area. Breakfast was good

Amazing complex , rooms were beautiful, beds so comfy, staff very friendly and breakfast buffet was great . Front desk very accommodating. Location a short stroll to old town approximately 10 min walk.Katrina was lovely and very nice to deal with.. While on a 17 day holiday in Crete, I spent 6 nights in quaint and beautiful Chania. I stayed at the Hyperion City Hotel ans Spa. I had a room on the 5 floor with a spacious balcony overlooking the old town port. The room had had everything I could possibly need including comlimentary drinks in the mini fridge (wine, soft drinks and water) a coffee machine etc. The location is ideal, just a short 4 minute walk to Koum Kapi beach and about 12-15 minute walk to the enchanting and vibrant venetian harbour. Central Bus station just a 15 minute walk. The atmoshere of this hotel is so peaceful, warm and wonderfully welcoming that it makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. There was a lovely and varied breakfast with freshly baked products every day The staff at this hotel were extremly nice, gentle and always ready to assist me with anything I needed. They even offered me great tips and advice to make the most of my stay in Chania. I truly wish to thank all the staff at the hotel for turning my stay into a magical and dream holiday. I would happily retun here on my next trip to Chania. I highly recommand it for anyone looking for comfort, great location and hospitality
