The facilities are very modern and clean. The staff is really helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious. Overall my experience was great!

Nice hotel

The staff were always friendly, always willing to help. The hotel is very clean. There was a big variety of food for breakfast. The pool was clean. Good location, beach was close and not too far from restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the top-quality services offered by Hyperion City Hotel & Spa: the spacious room, the minimalist and elegant decor, the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is located close to the sea and has nearby tavernas where you can enjoy excellent food.

First night in the Hyperion, wow fantastic room overlooking the sea, 3 minutes walk to the beach, perfect for swimming and cooling off. Staff very friendly and attentive. Lovely walk along the seafront with numerous restaurants to the old harbour last night.

A very pleasant experience! We spent 3 nights at the hotel and were very satisfied with our stay. The staff were kind and helpful, and they explained everything clearly. The rooms were cleaned regularly and thoroughly. The food and drink selection was excellent — everything was delicious and of high quality. I can highly recommend this place!

Extremely friendly staff, vlean and modern facilities, perfect location.

Everything was perfect! We stayed for 5 nights. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The room was very spacious and very clean. The price of the hotel was also very good and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Old port. We enjoyed our stay and if we come back to Chania we will definitely stay in Hyperion City Hotel and Spa again.

Modern feel and very friendly staff. Definitely worth a stay when visiting Chania. Close to the water and a small beach.

Our 4th stay at this hotel. Comfy large bed. Great location. Would still prefer fresh orange juice rather than a machine. Would stay again.
