Breakfast was acceptable but wasnt anle to check in unyil late

Un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Katerina qui a pris le temps de discuter avec nous et nous expliquer beaucoup de choses. En plus le sourire à chaque passage malgré ses horaires de travail (23h bonne nuit et le lendemain matin elle était encore là..). La chambre était parfaite, rien à redire vraiment. La literie est excellente !

Easy walk to the sea and shopping district. Very clean and nice hotel. Parking garage was very small but nice.

Excellent Hotel & Location. Has 32 rooms well maintained hotel with friendly staff who are always willing to help and give you suggestions where to visit. Breakfast is good & freshly cooked. The hotel is very clean and tidy & rooms are cleaned daily. Our room was on the 6th floor with amazing views of the coast of Chania.

The wall on the balcony was wood instead of clear like the other balconies. They never put the air conditioning on in the bar/restaurant which made it impossible to use the facilities I have never in my past 59 years of traveling had to leave a 20 Euro deposit for a second room key. That was a poor experience. The pool are was far from inviting. Overall it was not a great experience.

The room was very nice and quiet. The localization is also great in the less crowded area, but finding a place to park the car can be a little challenging.

We stayed in this hotel bookending a trip across Crete. This was our second time in the hotel - see review Modern Marvel May 2023. For these stays we had lower grade rooms because we were simply staying overnight, but the quality of the hotel, the professionalism of the staff and the service all round remains as high as it had been two years previously. On our first stay this time we arrived in the early hours of the morning and were processed to our room without any fuss - just as we needed after a tiring journey. The organisation of taxis for travel across Crete was exemplary and on our return (when we were only staying until around midnight) we received the same level of attention. We continue to recommend this hotel to all travellers.
