Hyperion City Hotel

Nice clean hotel, felt very comfortable and quiet. Super comfy bed, with a smart TV. Wide range of food and drinks at breakfast. Staff was welcoming.

Beautiful modern hotel very well located for old port & city..staff at reception were so welcoming , our first experience was with Stefano who brought us to our space in car park & then checked us in very efficiently & courteously.Room 106 had large balcony with sea view , very comfortable bed, fridge stocked with complimentary drinks , large flat screen tv(BBC world news only English speaking channel but we could log in to Netflix etc).. shower was large & powerful with separate WC which is unusual but a good idea. Room was cleaned daily & fresh bed linen & towels if needed. Good choice of hot & cold food at breakfast & can be had until 10.30am. All staff we met were so nice from reception to bar & pool area. We will return to this hotel!

This hotel is beautifully appointed, and within walking distance of the Chania shoreline and old town, where so many restaurants and shops are located. Also, the front desk staff was excellent. When we found out we didn’t prebook parking, the front desk staff went out of their way to ensure we could find parking nearby. We are vegan and there were many breakfast options available to us, which we truly appreciated. The complimentary drinks were also a nice touch. Overall, this hotel was our favourite in Greece (we stayed at 8 different hotels - in Athens, several on Rhodes and 2 on Crete)) and I highly recommend Hyperion!

This is the nicest hotel we have stayed at in Greece. The room was amazing, and the front desk staff went out of her way to help us with parking, when we realized we didn’t book ahead. The hotel was in a great location too!

The breakfast options were plentiful and a little different each day. We booked a sauna/jacuzzi, which was wonderful. An easy walk to the water, the beach, wonderful view from our room. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, a couple with a 1.5 year-old toddler and enjoyed every minute! The room had a breath-taking seaview, a large balcony to enjoy it, was fully equipped with very high standards. The facilities were very comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and varied. 2 minute-walk from the beach, parking was available in the streets around. Overall - we had a great experience and definitely recommend!

Staff helpful and pleasant: breakfast had a good variety: hotel very clean and room was cleaned well every day. Excellent view of the sea from the balcony and would recommend anyone paying the extra for such a room. Wasn’t entirely comfortable with the set up in the room in I respect of the hand basin. Great the toilet and shower were separate but a glass partition separating the wash hand basin/ exit from the shower and rest of the room was uncomfortable

Huge, clean, and beautifully designed rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a great breakfast buffet with lots of options. Wonderful stay.
