TERRIBLE! If I could give LESS than 1 star I would. Room was dirty and they wouldn’t let us switch rooms. Dirty= like hair and trash, and toilet paper pieces left on the floor. We left to eat while it was supposed to be “deep cleaned” and that didn’t happen. WORST front desk service when I explained that the room was still disgusting. It wasn’t a random dirty room either. The people that walked in around the same time I did, also came back to say they had a dirty room and the front desk would not move them to a new room. They claimed they couldn’t because their boss would let them. I will NEVER stay here again and I travel to the area often. I will also tell everyone I know to never stay in this hotel. I’ll be calling to talk to someone about this situation. Don’t STAY here!! Photos are after the “deep clean”

Need floor length mirro and waited over a hour and half to check in because the room wasn’t ready . Needed maintenance as soon as we finally got in room faucet in bath fell off and toilet paper holder loose then both mattered had stains also roll out table leg was broken

great breakfast, attentive staff, and for the money, it was fantastic. I stayed a place that was double the price last time in Kentucky and it was not nearly as nice. We will be back.

towels could be a little nicer. but they were replaced regularly. There were not great restaurants around, but they were just one exit away.

Service was horrendous, my room as full of hair the bathroom as well, tub was dirty. Pool was cloudy and nasty breakfast only one person working and we had to wait another half hour to get the next run of breakfast or refills. Front desk lady was terrible and customer service was horrible. Would recommend it!

Liked full size fridge & dishwasher. Job ended two days early. Wife called front desk and they said no problem. Went to front desk, it was unattended. Waited 10 miles, left key cards in basket. Began drive home. Wife called front desk at 2:12pm to confirm 2 day refund would be issued. Wife was told clerk had to get ok from GM & will call back. Two hours later wife called was told she should’ve called by 2 so there will be no refund. Have been trying to reach GM since 7/17. Always an excuse. Now have Corporate involved. Doubt I’ll get refund for two nights. Will never stay at this brand again. Should’ve stayed at the Marriott, which is our preferred brand.

Bathroom had no toilet paper or shower curtain, no sheets for the pull out couch, and horrible customer service!

Location is good. The room and bathroom were nice and big. I liked the full size refrigerator.

Room card, mine didn't work one time and it took several attempts for the card to open the door. Also another guest had a hard time getting her card to work. It took the front desk clerk several attempts to get the card to work.

Large bags of trash sat in the hallway in our floor for two days. No cups for coffee with morning breakfast The staff had to be told they were out of eggs and waffle mix Pool water looked cloudy. I would not let my family get in the pool.
