Lovely designed interior and a comfortable waiting area with sofas downstairs. I also like the fact there is a fridge to store your cold items.

The bathrooms had so many ants and bugs in. There was also no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, and when I asked the cleaner she said there wasn’t any. However the host was nice and responsive when I messaged them about this.

Location

The room is so different from the photos (from the opening years ago). There was a used mask behind the door. Hair on the sheets. Lack of maintenance.

Was quite spacious and in near the city center but not directly, which made it a quiet place

We arrived and the rooms didn’t look like the photos on the listing. The check in process is on whatsapp, there are no members of staff to speak to, no security and we didn’t feel safe. The shared bathroom was upstairs and shared between 2 floors. The bedroom door was flimsy and didn’t seem safe. We booked another hotel after 20 minutes of being in the building. By the time we had been offered a new room we were already in our new hotel. We didn’t get a refund Would not recommend
